How do I get the additional options to display when using a Dell asset?

Certain requirements are needed for a Dell asset to display the additional options on the main form. 

1. The Supplier field must equal "Dell"  (without the quotes)
2. The Category field drop down must equal any one of the following: Notebook, Workstation, or Server.

At this point you should see the additional options that are specific to Dell assets.
