Why don't I see the Express Service Code field when using a Dell asset?

The Express Service Code is calculated by looking at the Service Tag of the asset. For the Express Service Code field to be calculated, you need to enter the Dell Service Tag into the Serial field.  At this point the Express Service Code will be automatically displayed.
