Assets will be filtered in the left hand list box frame. * Easily determine your on hand inventory. At a glance determine how many copies you have of a specific asset and how many are in use. * Quickly determine your warranty status on software and hardware. When you go to an asset record it will tell you how many days you have left in your warranty or support contract. If you are still have days left the box will be light green, otherwise it will be red. * Large notes field so you can document the history of your assets. For example with a laptop maybe you want to keep track of any upgrades or repairs performed. |

Track Employees |

Assign each asset to a specific employee, or just show the assets location. * Quickly assign or remove assets for an employee. * With the User Maintenance form, you can lookup all assets assigned to an employee and delete specific or all assets. Makes maintenance very easy if an employee leaves the company and you need to remove all assigned assets. |

Track Software |

* No longer will you need to dig through a pile of jewel cases to find a serial number. * Easily keep track of all your software licenses and who is using them. * Options for volume licensing, retail, and OEM software. If you use volume licensing you can see how many current copies use the same serial number. In addition, if you are using a retail copy, multiple serial numbers can be a red flag for license compliance. * Software upgrade functionality allows you to track what software has been upgraded. Also allows you to identify what software is still eligible for an upgrade. |

Track Dell Assets |

* Dell System Information button which will take you directly to Dell’s website and look up the system information for the specific service tag. This information includes original system configuration and warranty information. * Once you enter the service tag the Express Service Code will automatically be calculated and displayed. This is great for support calls. * Once you enter the computer details you can easily tell what support contract the computer has. For example, you can tell if it has Gold Technical Support or Complete Care. If it is a server you will have the option to select 4 Hour support. Depending on the support level the telephone number will automatically be updated to the proper support group. |
